Please note the below-mentioned cancellation charges if the trip is cancelled by the participant due to any reason, whether mentioned or not:

• ✅ No Refund – If the trip is cancelled within 30 days from the tour start date.

• ✅ 50% Charges on the package amount – If cancelled 31 to 60 days from the tour start date.

• ✅ 30% Charges on the package amount – If cancelled 61 days & Above  from the tour start date.

⚠️ Special Case

In case of emergency/medical issues for any of your family members or yourself, the amount can be adjusted only if an alternate/substitute female adult between 21 – 60 years (medically fit without any major health issues) is provided by the Participant before the tour starts which the client has booked or wish to cancel .
We DO NOT have a money refund policy for cancellations within 30 days.
Without a substitute, in no way can we provide any partial or full refund.

• ✅ Anyone who does not pay the balance amount on the given last date, there booking will get automatically cancelled & cancellation policy will be applicable from the last day of payment .

• ✅ The cancellation policy is calculated on the total tour package amount, not on the token/advance amount paid.

By participating in our Tours, you hereby grant HYDERABAD LADIES TRAVEL CLUB  and its authorized representatives an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, video recordings, or digital images taken of you during the tour. Images may be used in any format (including, but not limited to, print, digital, websites, social media, and advertising materials) for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, it is your responsibility to notify your Organiser/ Tour guide in writing before the commencement of the tour.
