Please note the below-mentioned cancellation charges if the trip is cancelled by the participant due to any reason, whether mentioned or not:

• ✅ No Refund – If the trip is cancelled within 30 days from the tour start date.

• ✅ 50% Charges on the package amount – If cancelled 31 to 40 days from the tour start date.

• ✅ 30% Charges on the package amount – If cancelled 41 to 60 days from the tour start date.

• ✅ 10% Charges on the package amount – If cancelled more than 60 days from the tour start date.

⚠️ Special Case

In case of emergency/medical issues for any of your family members or yourself, the amount can be adjusted only if an alternate/substitute female adult between 21 – 60 years (medically fit without any major health issues) is provided.
We DO NOT have a money refund policy for cancellations within 30 days.
Without a substitute, in no way can we provide any partial or full refund.
